The sizing on the Wellness Adult Diaper is different from most other brands:
Small/Medium - 24" to 36" waist, Large - 36" to 46" waist, Xlarge - up to 67". Underwear sizing: Medium - 20" to 30" waist, Large - 30" to 40" waist, Xlarge - 40" to 60" waist, XXL - 60" to 80" waist

There are Pullups and Adult Diapers (briefs) on this page. The Pullups are called Underwear.
