If you are using this item with a pullup (protective underwear), the wide part at the front and back of the pad needs to be folded in and tucked into the leg cuffs. This prevents the pad from getting the nonabsorbent stretchy part of the pullup wet. Packaged in bags of 12, 10 bags per case.
