THE MANUFACTURER HAS MADE THE SMALL DIAPER APPROXIMATELY 4" SMALLER AROUND THE WAIST.  The measurement of the actual diaper around the waist used to be 1000 mm or about 39 inches, it is now 900 mm or 35.5 inches. The manufacturer still says it will still fit up to a 31" waist, but customers have told us that it doesn't.****
 The Small fits waist sizes 20" to 27" and is excellent for older children who are too big for baby diapers. This is a special order item and can not be returned. Please call us with any questions on sizing.
