**It has been our experience in talking with our customers that the Youth sizes are too small for children who are 60 lbs and over or are close to 4' tall.

X-Small(Youth)  fit waist sizes from 18" to 26". This is a special order item and can not be returned. Please call us with any questions on sizing.  10 per bag, 10 bags per case.

Small fits waist sizes from 24" to 32". 10 per bag, 10 bags per case.

Medium fits waist sizes from 32" to 45".  12 per bag, 8 bags per case.

Large fits waist sizes from 45" to 58". 12 per bag, 8 bags per case. 

XLarge fits waist sizes from 56" to 64". 12 per bag, 6 bags per case.

Individuals can sleep "all-through-the-night" uninterrupted by garment changes without compromising skin integrity. The peach core contains superabsorbent polymers that guarantee skin dryness, odor reduction, pH neutralization of urine and inhibition of bacterial growth. Kufguards® (inner leg cuffs) channel fluids into the core, helping to contain high-volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence. ATNs reduce wet linens and extra laundry, providing a greater peace of mind for the caregiver and the end-user. Latex-free.
