Want to talk to a real person? You can place your order with us by phone at 1-877- 245-7148 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri, Eastern Time. If by chance you get the voice mail, leave your name and number. We will return the call within an hour if it is during regular business hours.
Orders will be processed and picked immediately during regular business hours and will ship by the next business day on in-stock items. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date by e-mail.
Magic Medical respects your privacy! Any and all information collected by our site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used by us in any way other than processing, confirming and shipping your order. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any information collected at our site, including e-mail lists.
Third-Party Web Beacons: We use third-party web beacons from Yahoo! to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Yahoo! may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Payment
We accept Visa/MC, American Express, Discover, Visa/MC debit cards and PayPal. We will also accept prepaid orders by money order or cashier's check only. An order is deemed to be valid after prepayment has been received by credit card or money order.
Packaging
All items are shipped in the manufacturer's box which may be printed with the product and/or manufacturer's name. The manufacturers boxes for Attends, Tena, and Tranquillity products are now plain boxes.
Tax
There will be a 6% sales tax added to your order if the order is shipped to Michigan.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included on items marked "Shipping Included". Shipping costs will be added to all other items at checkout. If the order is within Michigan, 6% sales tax will be added to the order at checkout.
There are no additional handling or order fees added. We do not ship out of the U.S. and prices do not include shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in the continental United States. We reserve the right to decide which carrier we will ship your order with. We do not ship outside the US at this time. We do not ship by US Mail and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Most of our items are now drop shipped to you. This means that we have the manufacturer or one of our vendors ship it for us to you from their closest warehouse. This gets the item to you quicker and allows us to charge you less because of lower shipping costs. We give them your name and address for shipping purposes, but no other information. They also have privacy policies they abide by which are similar to ours.
Please note that you are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address. If UPS or FedEx has to correct the address, they charge us a correction fee of $10.00. If the error is yours, we will charge you the fee.
All items are shipped by ground.
RETURNS
Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any washable or reusable products.
If we have made an error on your order, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the order. We will ship the correct item immediately and pick up the incorrect item with no additional cost to you.
For any disposable product returns, we can only accept UNOPENED CASES in the original packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any cases returned that are opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
On items priced with shipping included, there will be a charge of $11.00 per case to cover what we paid to ship it to you originally. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on returns.
You must contact us before you return any item for instructions and return authorization.
No returns accepted after 30 days of receipt of the order.
ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
All information given to us will be used for processing, confirmation and shipping of your order only. Magic Medical does not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any information collected at our site, including e-mail lists. Any and all information collected will be kept strictly confidential.
