Use these doublers to increase the absorbency of your brief. They are filled with the same polymers as the briefs and will hold up to 12 oz. of fluid. They are 3.5" x 11.5" in size with an adhesive strip on the bottom to secure it to the brief.
There is not a plastic layer on the bottom, so the fluid can absorb through and into the diaper underneath. There are 24 per bag, 8 bags per case.
